[UPDATED] Mr Solo Too speeds to hat-trick of Great Race crowns

Mr Solo Too was the fastest powerboat to Tobago for the third consecutive year when the 57th edition of the annual TT Powerboat Association Great Race sped off on August 16.

Competing out of the 130 miles per hour A class, Mr Solo Too completed the 90-mile inter-island journey in under an hour, clocking an unconfirmed time of around 55 minutes.

This was the team’s third year getting to Tobago ahead of the pack, despite Mr Solo Too being one of the last boats to depart the Chaguaramas starting line, owing to staggered starts.
